Job Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate courses in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), and develop new courses as needed.

Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of EEE, and provide guidance on academic and career-related matters.

Conduct independent research in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) and related fields, and publish scholarly articles and papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and other academic activities as required.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior faculty members in the Department of EEE.

Collaborate with other faculty members within the Department of EEE, as well as with faculty from other departments or institutions, to develop interdisciplinary research projects and programs.

Seek external funding to support research activities and scholarly work in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).

Engage in community service and outreach activities to promote the university and the Discipline of EEE, and contribute to the advancement of the EEE profession.

Participate in professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay current with developments in the field and to enhance teaching and research skills in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).

Assist in the administration of the department, such as student recruitment and retention, budget management, and accreditation-related activities.

Educational Requirements

The candidate should hold a Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in EEE with at least two First-class/division/A grades throughout their academic career. Additionally, the candidate must have achieved at least one First-classes/division/A grades either in their Bachelor's or Master's degree in EEE, along with a minimum of five publications, two of them as an Assistant Professor. Furthermore, the candidate should have at least two first-author publications.

The candidate should hold an MPhil or an equivalent degree in EEE, with at least two First classes/divisions/A grades throughout their academic career, along with a minimum of five publications, two of them as an Assistant Professor.

4-year Bachelor's and Master's Degrees with Honors / 3-year Bachelor's and Master's Degrees with Honors. Must have a minimum of 3 first divisions/classes/A grades. Must have at least six publications, including four as an Assistant

Additional Requirements

Age at least 30 years

7 (seven) years of teaching experience in a university or recognized equivalent educational institution, and 3 (three) years of experience as an assistant professor.

 8 (eight) years of teaching experience in a university or recognized equivalent educational institution, and 4 (four) years of experience as an assistant professor.

For those with experience at the college or research institute level, half of that experience will be considered. College-level experience will be applicable only for relevant honors and master courses. Additionally, experience gained from a research institute should be properly recognized.
